Interview with Mike Barnard Episode 40

Mike Barnard
CEO
With over 25 years in fitness and 34 years in Martial Arts, I've been able to help thousands of people. Helping them also came with a price...
I became so obsessed helping others that I ended up falling further and further down the rabbit hole. After losing my first business to a friend I trusted with an investment, I had to pull myself up and fight to get back to the top.
I've struggled my entire life with depression and anxiety. I wore "two masks" more often than not when I was out with friends. Alcohol became my go to for everything and it took me forever to figure out who I was.
I knew that I needed to stop making excuses and start using my downfall as a foundation to come back stronger. I had to find a way to help people the same way I was able to overcome my own demons and challenges.
In 2011 I built a fitness facility from scratch and changed thousands of lives worldwide. I learned a lot about myself in the 9 years I owned my gym and knew that I still had a higher calling.
I knew that the only way to get people to break their habits was not just physically, but MENTALLY as well.
After years of trial and error, I was finally able to put all the pieces together and develop the Unbreakable Academy.
I have an amazing 7 year old son named Nico and he has played a massive role in the launch of the Unbreakable Academy.
I am now a mindset and business consultant for high level entrepreneurs and company executives.
Let me help YOU smash mental barriers and turn YOUR trauma into TRIUMPH!
